I have a quick easy job: A have a website on a CD, and it has a contact and inquiry form that uses PHP, which obviously doesn't work when on a CD as there is no PHP server to process the PHP contact form.
What I need: existing contact and inquiry form to be able to send to an email address, provided the PC or laptop that the CD is in, will connected to the internet.

I want my users/costumers to be able to write us an email through some kind of contact form on our website.
They would have to write their name, e-mail adress, and select the purpose for email. (Order/genereal enquires/Feedback)

Flash Website Contact Form
ls to correct a problem where a website is not sending out a message from the contact form. Must be able to communicate in very good English in writing, by skype or google chat if you are out of the country [USA]. This should not be a big problem for someone with good skills, and if I like working with this person, I may use them again for future work. Please do not respond if you do not meet the qualifications above. Small budget on this one, just a correction to existing code.
