Im looking for a PHP developer with Strong Skills in Social Network Development for a new social network the majority of the site is completed but It needs some finishing coding to be complete. Strong Css and Html Skills are mandatory.

Website is simple social network, and with special admin panel. So members have to deposit money to admin account and in case of bad member's service they will be charged.Some of that deposit is website fee, and will be never returned. Admin (website) is like arbiter between members, where one member is offering service and another is seeking it.

I need a simple social network. The design runs on my own. My idea is to create a basic social network, wall, user profile, you can send private messages, upload photos, vote, and give comments.
Would have two types of users: free, and paying users (for this you must integrate a payment system).
No advantag epayments, the payments will be in stages fulfilled.
