Pay is $ 125.00 for this Joomla programming project. MUST be done by Midnight Tuesday June 15th CST. DON'T bid if you can't finish within this time frame, no excuses.
LOTS of future work I have ready to go once this is done, looking for LONG TERM VERY experienced Joomla programmer.
Pay is half paid to you once half of hacks are done, and other half when project is done.
DON'T copy/paste and me some generic crap messages you send to hundreds of people either like most freelancers do. I will delete your bid. Take the time to read my entire specs and impress with your knowledge of Joomla and what I need done by emailing me a message back about my exact project.
I need updates by Skype or email at least every 4-8 hours on status of the features you've completed and working on. Don't bid if your a total flake, have a bad internet connection, going to make excuses of any sort, haven't read over the entire PDF specs I attached and mostly if you can't do everything on my list perfectly please don't bid. This is a difficult Joomla project to some degrees, I need a REAL Joomla programming expert.
This is also a custom template, not a one-off website solution. Meaning EVERY website I build for my clients and my own businesses I own will use this custom Joomla system I've been building. Please keep that in mind when building the coding.

I need a custom Joomla template made from the attached PSD. The navigation buttons should be text-based, and editable using the menu module config in Joomla. The pages should scale vertically, depending on the content in the body.
The text at the top should be editable in a module. The footer copyright text should be a module as well.
