Ok, just learned that the web design service I was going to use for our web site has all kinds of control issues. You pay all kinds of money for the template and it is never yours! You "rent" the site.
So here is what I want to do. Below you will see the site we fell in love with. I want to see if someone can create a similar template that we can use either as a stand lone page that we can duplicate in Dreamweaver and create ourself, or if someone can customize it into a WordPress template (even better).

Need A Simple Drupal Web Site

Brochure Style Web Site
timeframe for this project is about two weeks from the time it is awarded. My client is shooting for a September 1st launch but there is some flexibility in that.
Lastly I use IX web hosting (http://www.ixwebhosting.com) using the Linux Unlimited Pro plan. Please check out IX to make sure that my hosting plan has everything you need. I'm sure it does.
