Google Adwords Expert - Ppc

I am looking for a Google Adwords Expert to assist me in the launch of a new ecommerce sites adwords account. This will be only for one brand which has around 50 products so please bid accordingly as this will not take long to complete. If you do a good job then I will hire you again to work on my other PPC accounts to help optimize it and possibly have you manage my PPC accounts. I spend around $ 5000 a month on PPC currently. Most of the traffic comes from two main keywords which I will provide to you once you have been declared the winner. You will need to assist me in the following ways:
1. Analyze 2 landing pages and provide suggestions on META tags, and content changes in order to achieve a better quality score.
2. Setup a campaign for 2-5 keywords in my Adwords account. You will then need to create the ad copies and properly optimize the account with a focus on conversions and quality score. I want to do A/B testing so you will have to create at least two ad copies for each keyword.
3. QUALITY SCORE!!! - this is the most important part and I understand that this is affected by CTR and other external factors, but also the way our ad copies and keywords and landing pages are setup also make a difference. I am looking for someone that can work on the items that we can control to make the quality score as high as possible.
