NEED A VIDEO SHARING WEBSITE: like Utube or similar. With payment by PAY PAL to become a member. By becoming a member, a client can see other videoclips uploaded by other clients using a search feature only (like search by name, age, by country, by hobbies, by most viewed, by top rated , etc). Simple.

I am looking for a company that can build a website with the following characteristics:
- Capacity to host around 10,000 hours in videoclips (but gradually). Videoclips more than 10 minutes shouldn't be uploaded into the website. (if a 10 minutes videoclip is 100MB and each member has 25 videoclips than 25videoclips x 100MB = 2500MB is what 1 MEMBER has. For 2000 members we will need 5.000.000MB. Rounding it up a bit final word would be 7.000.000MB (if the quality is 100MB per videoclip). Quality 200MB double required and 300MB videoclip triple amout required. I would like to view a videoclip with decent quality ? sizes of a screen.
- Dedicated server probably needed
- STREAMING VIDEO or DOWNLOAD VIDEO CLIPS ? what will be cost difference for this project?
- Video clip format: MPEG or WMV only
- Clients upload video clips themselves at their own responsibility.
-EACH YEAR VIDEO CLIP IS AUTOMATICALLY DELETED WHEN RENEWAL SO I MAKE SURE VIDEOS ARE RECENT.
- Each client will have capacity to host 25 videoclips of 10 minutes max./each for 1 price or 50 movie clips of 10 minutes for a higher price.
- SEARCH FEATURE REQUIRED. SEARCH BY: name, age, by country, by hobbies, by most viewed, by top rated, etc (like 5 to 10 max. different ways to search)
- Each client can access other client's videoclips too if signed in only.
- 2000 users max. (1st year 500, 2nd year 1000, 3rd year 1500, 4th year 2000)
- Each video should be able to be downloaded anywhere in the world. Please remember that the website should be able to function correctly in every region of the world.
- MEMBER'S FORUM BY TOPICS (automatically delete posts after 3 months). An Rss option for users so they always know when a new message is being posted at the forum.
- PAYMENTS: PAYPAL
- PASSWORD SHOULD BE GIVEN AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THEY PAY BY PAY PAL (sent to clients email address after payment is confirmed)
- Password is required for each user in order to enter the website each time and manage/see videoclips.
- Google ad sense prepared
- LANGUAGES: ENGLISH, GERMANR, FRENCH, SPANISH, PORTUGUESE (MAYBE ALSO RUSSIAN AND ARABIC). I will do the translation.
- CHAT ASSISTANCE on the website (liveperson or estara or yahoo free etc)
- CHAT option with other users when they are online as well.
- INBOX
- automated reminder to the member's about membership expiration: 2 weeks before, 3 days before, 1day before, same day, membership expired come back now.
- VIDEO TOUR OF THE WEBSITE

- Possibility to administrator (me) to delete member if he is not following the rules.

l, efficient and organised. The main thing is that teachers can find the videos they want quickly without fuss. There will need to be a user-friendly admin section too.

f you do the job right there will be more). Video size varies between 500kb and 10mb. If you don't have a fast computer and internet connections it will take too much time for you so it's not recommended. Otherwise it is fast, I uploaded 20 videos in an hour when I tested.
