n the server to a domain they create without given them my VPS root password. Some files will need to have perms changed after the upload for the theme to work. They are currently FTPing and customizing the theme and plugins manually for each install.

Basically, the resource will kick off a script, possibly from secret installation page, that does all the cp and permissions work.

I do NOT want wpmu, as I do not want my clients to have access to each other themes.

I need someone that can upload a wordpress theme to my site. The domain name, site and hosting are brand new. I will give them to you if your bid is selected

I only want someone who has TONS of experience working with Thesis, so that this can be done quickly.

If you do a great job, and you can show me past design work with Thesis, I may hire you to help me customize the site as well. I may also hire you on future clients sites (which will all be in Thesis).
