The specials are being changed automatic each month by the programing from our website. we just need the outer frame and words "New Products" and Monthly Specials"

This needs to be coded in a way that's someone easy to edit because we'll be adding to it frequently.

I have an index page I want redesigned, no flash.

Once it's designed, I need it loaded on my server and connected properly.

There will be 4 or 5 public pages connected to the index page such as FAQ, Contact, etc...these will need the header used in the index page and basic layout.
