Simple Excel Macro Or Formula

We need a custom Excel macro or script developed to manipulate data in a spreadsheet for us. Please see the attached documents for information.

A standalone app or script that takes the two-mode workbook as input and returns a one-mode workbook would also work, but I'd like to do this all in Excel if possible. I've budgeted for going back and forth about requirements since I had trouble describing the functions in detail.

I require an excel macro to extract a data set (700 entries) from another data set (1500) entries and compile a list of the extracted data in another work sheet.

I have a VBA / Excel Macro in about 100 lines, using "Application.OnTime TimeValue("00:00:55")" to auto run the macro every day at 00.55, but it will not kill the previous task so the 2nd day this macro will crate 2 results, i need someone to fix this for me.

I need someone to fix a simple excel macro.

cel list. Files must be copied together with their full path.
For instance if c:myfolderpathfile1.rtf belongs to batch1, the result of the macro is c:atch1myfolderpathfile1.rtf

The program may be an excel macro, or alternatively, since the actual files are on a linux server and accessed over samba, it is also possible to address the files directly in shell or through another programming language (php, java) but it must be accessible from windows clients.

What I need:
A. Open 1
B. Rename and Write input data for 1 record from 3.
C. Check corresponding worksheet in 2 for the record in B above
D. Write the data in the respective row.
E. Save and close.

Repeat A - E for the number of worksheets in 2 above.

I enclose a sample set of data and ISRC codes however the final version should be capable of dealing with sheets containing up to 65535 rows of data.

I have several files in Excel, all done the same format.
Need to retrieve data in an summary file extracting data from a file whose name is dependant from the input done in a cell.
Need a macro or formula trick to do that.

I know it's not a huge work, but it's a necessity for me now.

I need an excel macro that will check all cells in a column against all cells in another column. For example cell A1 will be checked against all cells in the B column (B1, B2, B3 etc.) and if any of the cells in column B matches A1 a text will be displayed in column C1. If not (it goes through all the cells in column B another text will be displayed in C1) and it will move on to cell A2 and so on.

2) cleans the "'" at the extremity of all the addresses
3) moves the multiple addresses of single lines into single address in single lines, removing the separator ";"
4) removes duplicates, adding the number of occurrencies for each address on the right (column B) of each remained unique address
5) sort the lines by column B
