I am needing the following features designed and implemented into WordPress.
Section A: Main backend viewed only by WordPress Admin. Ability to verify Section B prices and "Confirm" prices to post to front end of WordPress (Section C)
Section B: A form that allows only a few certain users to enter prices for a specific location.
Section C: Front end view of grocery prices available to members of the WordPress site.

- Add/Remove which items prices can be entered for a specific location for Section B
- Add/Change/Remove photos of certain items in the database
Section B - Form Submittal for selected users.

- Ability to have prices be linked to only certain store locations
Section C - Frontend view for all website members

- Ability to compare grocery prices of each item from all locations in one table
- Ability to click on individual item and view past prices (numerical table showing date and prices, and also shown as a price graph over time).
- Ability to create "Shopping List" by selecting which item from which store to buy. Ability to print this list if wanted.
- All Grocery items will need to be able to be searched and found from within the builtin WordPress search feature when a user is logged in. Example: You search "apple". The apple prices would show up in the table form from all locations.
- Ability to show picture of item uploaded from Section A
That is the basic features I would like to be put into the plugin.
