I have got access to global indices data but I need a php programmer to convert the data into a table to insert it into a wordpress website. The data is 24 hr delay so it only needs to be refreshed daily. The data is generated by logging in and getting a token and so to avoid slowing the site down I need to have a cache version which is refreshed each day.
I have attached the form the data is obtained in. This can be as a SOAP or http post. I have also attached an example of the format table showing the indices I want listed.

Fix Ajax Problem And Also Add Editable Table
First part - When my PHP script returns the response to my AJAX call, it displays a page with ONLY the returned data. It is supposed to replace the HTML of the target DIV. AJAX code is in index.html

Opt In Table
To make it so that the information table is to be filled out before the button at the bottom is clickable.
Also to make sure data entered is real and fitting i.e. phone numbers have more than one number and emails have 'at symbol' in the address.
If the fields are not filled out or only partially filled in, a pop up comes up to note which fields need to be filled out correctly.

Parse HTML Table into JSON with JavaScript

The JavaScript just needs to be able to take any HTML string from one of those entries, and output JSON. Don't worry about any crawling logic, just need to be able to parse 1 entry. It should be a very short and quick script to write. You can manually copy/paste the HTML from one of those pages and work with that, don't worry about making HTTP requests or anything, just convert the string to JSON please.
