I have a MS SQL database consisting of 2 files, a .MDF and a .LDF. I need them converted to a MySQL database in a .sql file.

I am not sure of the MS SQL version, but it is from early 2007.

The database is about 2.4 MB.

I have the following in MySQL:
1) one stored procedure (~25 lines of code)
2) one function (~5 lines of code)
3) six triggers (~400 lines of code)

Need a quick script/solution to connect remotely to SQL server 2008 from our Linux server using PHP. No FreeTDS is installed. No shell access allowed. Will need to backup the MS SQL database and save/update as MySQL on daily basis using cron job.
