Clone Flash Intro

We have a flash intro and would like to resize it. From 500 X 280 to 600 X 338.
The .fla file will be given to.

The colour of the background we would prefer to be black.

Should be very light....nobody likes to sit for 10 seconds and look at the word "loading". Should take no more than 5 seconds on dialup if possible to keep that light and have it be good and snazzy as well.

should be based on the logo to start with unless you have ideas. I will accept creativity. I've attached their logo and the website header for ideas....

Just I need to change the words.

I need a flash expert to clone the flash intro at www.calumetphoto.com. Each image must be clickable. See the attached file for more details. Once you have finished this project, customer should be able to easily change the images in a flash folder and change the link to each image without knowing any flash.
