I have enclosed an overview of my requirements in the PDF but will be expanding on this in the next day or so.
File Tracking:
1. Application Run on PC
2. Tracks files and where they are copied to and from
3. Tracks if email attachments. who it was sent/received from, to, CC, etc.
4. Tracked to logfile or database locally - Encrypted
5. Scheduled update to centralized server - Encrypted

1. May be server provided as a service by us. May be dedicated server installed at customer site. Therefore must be secure by Customer
2. Tracks changes by Customer / PC / Groups within Customer
3. Reporting - About 5 reports. Scheduled running and email
4. Alerting - Identify key recipients, domains, devices, etc. and provide alerting to key personnel.
5. Synchronization with License server that manages license file for each customer

Convert Client/Server Issue Tracking System to a C# Web Application
onality. In other words, once you write the code for one page, you'll be able to re-use that code for several other pages with only some minor changes. So, this project really isn't that big, especially since all the graphics, design and html work will already be done for you. Not to mention that their's already a pre-exsiting database. Software Needs To Be Placed Onto My Client Server
I have Financial software which was developed by other programmer which is running fine.
The Financial software needs to be placed onto my client server, so that his website visitors can use a password to access and use it (they should not be able to download it, but just use it on his site).
The Financial software was developed in .Net.
This would be a easy job for an experienced programmer.
