Centos Streaming Video Server

I am looking for a Unix server administrator with experience in streaming videos to cell phones (iPhone, BlackBerry).
I have a CentOS 5.x 64bit server and I need software installed that will enable me to stream videos (.3gp, .mp4). I installed Darwin Streaming Server 6.0 for Linux, but I've been unsuccessful in getting any videos to actually play.
If you can't get Darwin to work on my server, I would need you to suggest/install another solution that will enable me to stream videos to cell phones (iPhone, BlackBerry).
I also have a list of questions I need answered about streaming videos to cell phones.
