We need a PHP pregrammer/site designer to write a website script.
Ideally using PHP smarty templates, you will be able to code a site in PHP CSS and HTML.
Basic Premise of the site is a product review website template/admin area.
Our customers come to us for a review website with no web design knowledge. We offer a service where we sell them a domain and hosting package with a script installed. This script gives them a login area where they set all the information for their site in a webform.
Then they can add reviews using a webform. This information generates the site using a template and populates all the data. All information should be editable and we want to able to do custom designs/skins for their final site look.
