I am looking for someone who is an “EXPERT ON SENDING BULK EMAIL”. I need to send messages to my opt-in list of subscribers. At present I have over 300,000 subscribers. I have developed this list but I am having trouble getting through the spam filters on many smtp servers. I HAVE TRIED SUPPLIED TEMPLATES AND SIMPLE TEXT . I have already two excellent programs Live Mailer Pro and Atomic Mail Sender but I am open to any suggestions. My list can be supplied in excel .xls, csv or .txt format. I have access to a shared server with PHPList with a limitation to send only 500 messages per 30 minutes. I want this process to be programmable and automated. I do not wish to pay another website to use their smtp servers, too expensive for this quantity. I have not posted a fee that I willing to pay for this project because I MUST BE ASSURED and SEE SOME RESULTS. NEED TO GET STARED RIGHT AWAY. I would like this setup and working in MINIMUM three days if possible. If you are “NOT AN EXPERT and CANNOT GUARANTEE RESULTS PLEASE DO NOT REPLY”.
