Simple Php Tracking Fix Needed

Hi,
This should be simply for someone who is familiar with php, keyword tracking and possible Xtreme conversion tracker software.
I have the script all set up. I am trying to make it work with a WordPress site, trying to capture the traffic, keywords from organic search.
I have also created the file "wp-xtreme.php" and uploaded it into the root directory of the site, as well as added this code to the "wp-blog-header.php" file according to the instructions, but I don't seem to make it work.
I need someone to take a loot at it and also to tell me how I would test this so I can see it working.
I am available right now, and I will pay immediately upon completion, which should be very fast I'm guessing.

simple PHP script fix needed
I need a script fix, it's a very simple PHP script, one file. The script goes to yahoo and grabs about 10 latest titles with links. The script stopped working because yahoo changed their code, so the script needs an update.

is also in <script src ...<noscript... format, will be placed on my or on any server and will do an mysql insert when the user has that unique cookie on the computer.
Each cookie can only do one mysql insert, after that it should be expired/deleted. If the user has more than one cookies, it also must make only one insert.
And on one page that is nice looking should be a listing of all datasets that were inserted with cookie timestamp, time, aid, user id.

Simple Php Database App With 2 File Uploads
em from the list, and get a details page, where I can edit the form details and view the file paths of the uploaded files based on the URL of the application. So this is a pretty basic database search list detail/edit page project, the only complication is the 2 uploaded files and the use of an upload progress bar.

I need simple php work to be done on index page (in html) of one website because the home page design is changed (the old is in php).
