Looking for someone who can make a basic photo gallery website. Single page. The website will have a small header. Photo gallery below it, The photo gallery should be simple thumbnails and once a photo is clicked on it will bring it larger making the photo look like a Polaroid with 3 lines of text. place it was taken, date, and single comment line.
Now I also want this website to be Public access. below the photo gallery should be a upload module. I wish people to be able to upload photos WITH OUT having to sign into the website. While upload the photos there should be three lines of text. place the photo was taken, date, and single line comment.
This website can be made by any means possible. Joomla, Java. I really don't care.

Build Basic Joomla Website & Flash Landing Page
banners, and buttons have been created. Should be an easy project. Initially it will only be a basic informational website, but we want it in Joomla so we can add and manage content later.
