Need Flash Banner Done Now## 2

1.I need someone to change the actual banner to a flash one (I'll provide all file) (Flash banner already created)

2.I would like someone to create a page in the admin so I can easily change the color of boxes, footer ect. on my site. (The might be a contribution already done for this I think...)
