Flash Banner Ad For Promotion

I need a Flash banner ad created to promote some events coming up on our website.
What I am picturing is the first slide of the banner will just say something like "It's our 1-year anniversary, and to celebrate we're giving away over $ 4,000 worth of prizes!".
Then there is a button like "View more info and prizes". I'd also like it to automatically go to this "more info" after a certain timeout, like 5 seconds.
At the bottom of each flash slide are six 'section' links: [Home], [Al Brooks], [DTN/IQFeed], [Mirus Futures], [MultiCharts], [NinjaTrader]. Each section link when clicked will jump to that flash page in the banner, otherwise it just rotates thru each of them automatically.
Then the remaining slides (there will be five which correspond to the sections above) just consist of a company logo (what the prize is for) and a couple lines of text describing the prize, and a couple lines of text showing the date and time of the event (webinar).
The whole thing will be on a loop.

A 468x60 Flash Banner Ad for a website that sells water purifier systems. You can use the logo on the website, plus images from elsewhere related to water purification systems, water and everything related that would make it an interesting ad.

Banner Ad For Non-profit
Non-Profit in NJ is looking to build a flash type banner ad for a major medical website. Ad should rotate three separte photo with text that flys in then disappears. (we will provide hyperlink...) We are looking at a two to three week time frame to have ad completed and live on site. We will provide the layout, text and the photo's to be used in the banner ad.

Simple Flash Banner Ad
e an eye closed image over the top of the existing image. I would prefer the eye be in 3 stages, open as is, half closed and closed so the transition is more natural looking.
Anyhow, I have graphic design experience and played around with it a bit and wasnt happy with the results and want to spend my time working on other stuff.
This should be fairly easy, but I dont want anything cheesey or too fake looking. Realistic and minimal is key here.

I need a flash banner design for a video sharing site of cars. Has to be very catchy and NEED TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN THE NEXT 12 HOURS. Budget is $ 15 max. More info in the PMB.

If you can put a cool picture or something neat in the background, that would be cool, because later I want to upload the picture for some magnetic signs I want to buy from ebay, and I need them pretty nice, so it will be a banner I use as my picture to advertise, and I want to use the same picture to upload for magnetic vehicle signs, so make me something good, thank you.
