PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
I need my site to have three pages -- very basic, + RSS/XML feeds. No images, no graphics required.
All the functionality must be made available to my users just like the
below examples. I require a mysql database back-end.
ADMINISTRATOR AREA must include approval, deletion, and edit access to all

ADMINISTRATOR AREA must include password, as well as changeable (resetable) password for
