Seo/wordpress

I am looking for an expert in SEO to move my website and future websites up to a first page ranking in Google for KEYWORDS I will provide.
My current website is a wordpress site, and the main keywords for this project should be extremely easy to jump this site into the first page in Google for those keywords. There are currently no ads being run for the main keywords, and there are only about 76,000 results showing up for them as well. Some of the more broad ranging keywords won't be as easy.
Of course all aspects of SEO are required -
- Links Building ( high-quality PR4+ one way-non reciprocal relevant permanent links, forum posts, blog posts, articles, social networking, and various anchor texts from good sites, etc ... )
Also, a vast knowledge of Wordpress will be a tremendous plus! This is my first Wordpress site, and any help you would be willing to provide would be greatly appreciated.
I would need detailed information on the process of the SEO that you will implement.
Do not bid unless you have extensive experience in SEO/Wordpress and have multiple positive feedbacks at Scriptlance.
I will accept bids for 24hours. Afterward I will close off bidding, and evaluate all current bids. After doing so, I may contact a few of you for additional questions. I will accept a bid within 24hours of closing bidding.
This project will hopefully turn into a job for the right person. So I hope to find someone I can develop a long lasting working relationship with, on this, as well as future projects.
