Members Area Needed For Site

Thanks for looking at my project. I need a members area created for a product that I am about to launch. The product contains 24 videos and 1 PDF so I would like those to be accessible in the members area along with bonuses and links to other products. I need it to be password protected so each customer will have a login (email address) and a password. The current site is in html and I am only familiar with html and blogs. I say this b/c I would like to be able to easily edit the members area if possible without needing assistance from a programmer. So I would prefer if I could edit it in html or some sort of CMS.
I am wanting someone who is experienced in making members areas and would like to see some examples of your work if possible. I don't have a layout in mind so I would like some suggestions there. I will also need to know the entire process and how it works from the time the customer buys until they access the members area. Like how do they get their login info, etc.

Members Area Script Needed
l but with a subscription button. Unfortunately that is very limiting as I'm not offering a subscription but a one-time payment for a lifetime membership, and I'm having problems accepting payments and the paypal 'subscribe' button doesn't accept credit card payments which is supported with the 'buy now' button.

Need Members Area On Ning Site

I am undecided as to whether the site will be standard .html or if I am going to use a CMS like Joomla -- either way, I would want this to be flexibile enough to work in both circumstances.

Wordpress Members Area Adjustments
y have a HTML/CSS wordpress website which contains a login using the WordPress admin password to access certain content on the front-end, we need some adjustments made to how the members area works.
For example:
Currently the page structure is setup like this:
