I have an existing php script that is fully functional for the operation of this site, but I need modifications made to the script to include membership options, payment capabilities via PayPal and AlertPay, as well as a front end site design and layout.
The existing script will need mods to database structure to capture more information, provide reporting capabilities, administrator controls, etc.
To see existing function of script, go to rotatefree.com/go and register for a free account, try it out and then get back to me with what you can do to turn this into a fully functional membership site.
Following are basic needs:
1. Site to run this as a membership site with Free members getting
free access and limited abilities (settable by admin).
2. I want the next level of members to receive increased abilities (settable by admin).
3. I want the 3rd level of members to receive increased abilities (settable by admin).
4. The front end should be able to have a member complete a
registration form complete with First and Last Name, Address,
Telephone, and email address. Existing registration form does not capture enough information. (Maintain "captcha" usage)
5. The front end should ask the user which level of membership they
want, i.e. FREE, Intermediate, or Professional.
6. The front end should set their membership level automatically based on the membership level they select subject to payment if needed.
7. If a member selects Intermediate or Professional, the interface
should accept payment from them via either PayPal or AlertPay and then set their membership level automatically after payment has been made.
8. Admin interface should allow admin to set subscription
amounts/prices and intervals.
9. Admin interface should be able to see all membership information
including last date paid, membership level, etc.
10. Front page should have locations for paid advertisement banners or text ads that can easily be placed and updated by admin.
11. Would like to have a rotating advertisement capability inside the site as well on all pages. This should be saleable ad real estate that can be managed from the admin interface.
12. Interface should have an advertising purchase module that would
allow members or non-members to purchase various types of advertising
and pay for them automatically.
13. Site should be as self-sustaining as possible with little admin intervention other then normal monitoring, DB backups, etc.

The structure and the main colors MUST stay the same but we want a fresh and modern look. In addition, many text links can be changed to buttons, this looks much better and is easier to see.
