Onlinenic Perl Domain Script

Hello,
I require a very simple Domain Name Registration PERL Script for the OnlineNIC Reseller Program. I have a non-working base PERL script, if needed, that can be used to finish the job.
Requirements and Details for the API are given here:

The job should be pretty easy and all that is required is to log in and stay logged into the OnlineNIC API, and register a domain via the test server environment. Fast or Speedy CGI would be good.

Therefore what I need written is a small perl/php script that I can post my front page form too.
It must take all the domains inputted into the textarea then take all the extensions chosen and generate a list of all possible domains combinations to check, then post all these domains to the following script to get the correct output.

a complete rewrite of the script to do the same thing as it should do already, but with the extra two features.
