Need to code a speech recognizer application that can be run on Windows 2003/2008 server in EC2.
We have the code that runs perfectly on a vista machine (C#). We either need to make that code work in Windows server 2008 (prefered) or 2003 in EC2.
The code should run and recognize a wav file and should return confidence score for each word spoken in the wav file. for example, if the wav has "Hi, my name is Tom." the output should be as follows:
Hi:0.2345275
my:0.1323061
name:0.001
is:0.26546
Tom:0.8270609
The score should be between 0 and 1 .
The deliverables are as follows
* The source code and application exe (installed in a windows 2008 or 2003 machine) - we will provide remote desktop access once we choose coder.
* Complete instructions on how to set up the application on an Amazon EC2 instance. (we must be able to validate it working and that we can install as per those instructions).
* Please don't use SAPI 5.1 (since it will not return the confidence score as we wanted)
* All work must be legally acceptable (like no copying files from vista etc), But you could use a purchasable library etc if needed. Like Speech Server for example
* Only Microsoft speech library / Speech technology must be used and we should be able to change the culture info (language) to start new language.

Automatic Text-To-Speech for Weather Warnings

Once the program recognizes that there is a new file, it would utilize the Microsoft Text-to-Speech program to create a .wav or .mp3 file to be saved an another folder. All of this should happen AUTOMATICALLY. The .wav or .mp3 file would then get seen by a PAL script in my SAM Broadcaster software as a new file and would then be queued immediately for playback on-air.
