So the entire project would be 8-10 pic files turned into flash, and one banner of a specific size utilizing
all those pictures fading in and out in slideshow form.

A logo must be created, the existing logo is not our final logo so be sure to create something else.
The banner should be the size out current header is now. We whould be able to place a sponsors logo in it somewhere and we should be able to change this rather easily. This means we should be able to modify a small box or something it the banner.
