I require an application to be developed that interacts with the Ribbit API. The Ribbit API facilitates voice to text transcriptions and I require this transcription to be outputted to an XML file.

When you ring a specified number (provided by Ribbit) you are prompted to leave a voice message. I require this voice message to be outputted in XML format once the person who rang the number has hung up.
