need a server side flash music player which supports all music format with a playlist facility (it must support m4a along with common music format)

I really just want it to play the songs, show the artist, title, and hyperlink to the DJ's web site. Then when you click the share button, it should be able to be posted to facebook or myspace or your desktop. The posted widget should show our logo full logo and hyperlink to our site.
