Php Expert Needed Today

OK, this is fast and hopefully an easy update to our existing code.
We have a mysql database with a hundred questions and the related answers to those questions in it.
We have a script that allows USERS to type in the question and get the matching answer.
We need the script updated so it acts similar to the normal search engine inquiry where it prompts the user as to the full question being asked based upon previous questions in the database. See attached graphic of what we need the user to see.
The above is written in PHP script.
We also need the mysql database UPDATED with a field that has a unique numerical value... i.e. 100, 101, 102 etc for each Answer in the database. This value field needs to be in the ADMIN interface panel as well so it can be changed by the ADMIN and the current code needs to be updated to use the numeric value as the qualifier vs the current code is searching for key words in a matching answer.
That is it. two things to do. Add code to allow USERS to see previously entries in the search box and add a field.

3: We need our foreign property descriptions to be auto translated, maybe using Googles Translate widget?

we have translated the nav bar etc, but the actual property descriptions should be in Spanish..

We need to update a subdreamer script to the latest version. On current version we have made some plugin cusomizations, so we need someone to update the version and make the plugins compatible if they are not.
