Need One Transparent Logo

I have a logo that I need to have something changed on it.

The tagline that is in the logo needs to be changed and I need the transparent logo.

some really professional guys who can do this design.

I need a transparent logo for use on our company website. I need the logo letters, the blue gradient on the bottom of the letters and the impellar apostrophe on a transparent background. I need this so i can overlay it onto another background on the site. I need it the original size and in the format of a .GIF or .JPG. If these instructions are not clear please message me.

A design {Sample} must be provided, i want a logo that is simple but elegant i need one that will go great with my website design and look professional. I have a $ 45 budget for this project and i want this as soon as possible.

an idea for the tweaking of one or 2 letters which should be a nice quick job for anyone who knows their stuff (I can give example url for inspiration). The reason for the rush is so I can get a site mockup done by tommorow. I will hopefully work with winning bidder to develop a more in depth logo if the site is approved. I dont expect unlimited revisions for this as I will only pay a fixed budget of $ 10 for this as I know it will be a fast job and not necessarily the finished product

One of the ideas I had in mind was a high quality cartoon-like image of a fashionable pregnant woman, possibly carrying shopping bags, pushing a baby carriage, etc.

I need it recreated in a high res format. Try to make it as close to the original as possible. It does not have to be exact. I need one white version on a transparent background and one black version on a transparent background. You will also send me a high res PSD.
