The developer will need to customize Flash Video Phone application (source code will be provided) to extend its functionality. This is not a full website design project, only the Flash video chat part. However if successful, the developer can be retained to develop other parts of the application.

Developer would be creating the icons and other graphics I would like to use, with some guidance from me.

We already have an adult PPV Webcam site completed.

The only thing left that we need is the flash video chat interface (and the accompanying billing software).

We already have the profile pages, login pages, homepage, etc...we just need someone to put the chat interface into our existing website.

ople that register are able to upedit their profile once they use a credit card and get money on their account for which they use to speak to people via video chat.

Also hosts of the video chat are able to change their rate in which they charge a minute based off of their rating, if they have a bad rating overall, then they can only charge XXX amount and if they have a good rating overall they can charge up to XXX
