Mortgage Lead Capture Website

Hello,
I am in need of a website built on the wordpress platform. I have a developers license for the Thesis Wordpress theme and would like the design implemented into Thesis.
I am targeting the mortgage industry and the purpose of the site is to capture leads.

However, I'm not that impressed with the overall design of this site and am like something as follows:

Website implemented and coded into Thesis with a lead capture form.
SEO Copy written for the mortgage industry
I am wanting to automate sending these leads to my prospective clients and am open to any suggestions as to how to do this from prospective programmers/designers.
I am looking for a solid qaulity design, so please do not bid on this job if your design skills are not strong.
