Simple Php/mysql Cms

Im looking to have a simple CMS framwork created for my current website www.cocs-guild.com.
Currently all I need for the CMS is as follows.
1. Authentication and session via a phpbb3 user database.
2. A news script for the front page and for the news tab.
3. A poll that can be changed via the admin page.
4. A modified news script for the guide section where I can add guides via an admin section. I want it display in a table with an image on the left that can be specified when creating the entry on the admin page.
5. Same as number four for the progression page. I just want to add the information in the admin section and have the CMS display all of the entries in the database.
I will also need an admin page where I and others can edit this information. It doesnt have to be anything fancy just some forms that I can modify the site with. Permissions should be based on the ranks in the phpbb3 forum. I dont need any widgets or any dynamic boxes that need to be changed.
So to recap.

the formats needed to the programmer, i have designed them myself so anything else that's needed can be arranged.
Once completed, any future plugins that need to be created, i will offer the work to the programmer i choose here (plenty of future work) and any themes that i design that need integrating, i will offer the work to the programmer (Plenty)
I'm an easy guy to work with, i don't think this is a particularly hard project and i don't think it should take long.

I need a Simple Wordpress CMS site that i would be able to upload content,
videos, and photos. I would need to have at least 3-4 spaces available for banner ad's.
This is a example of the banner ads: flightclub.com.

Simple PHPmySQL corrections
ill be used in for labs illustration purposes.
- This should not take more than 1 or 2 days from PHP (security) programmers. as the app is fairly simple and a running version of the app exist and will be emailed once agreed.
- We are short on budget to hire a lab programmer at this time of the year. However, $ 50-$ 100 should be available for this task.

Simple Php Cms Modification
I have a 3 page php cms and need to change a simple aspect:
as I add product thumbnails now, they lead to larger images
I do NOT want that, I need the created thumbnail to link to
an external page instead, that opens in new browser, or a large pop up

Simple 16 Field Email Form For Magento Cms Page
We need a very simple static 16 field email form to be placed on a magento cms page. The form does not need to capture the info to any database. It only needs to send an email to the admin. Need this in one day of awarding the project.

Simple Drupal Fix
Hi,
We have a simple website using drupal as CMS. For some reason, the wysiwyg editor has a bug. The image properties box -- when you got o insert and image, you get the typcial window / dialogue box, you can type in url of image, specify properteis but there is no upload tab / feature. We need this updated. I am leaving the office so I might not be very responsive today with questions until Thurdsay. Thanks much!

Simple Cms System For Music Artists
- Mp3 player which the user can uploaded a number of mp3's then play in a flash player on the website.
Im happy for someone to take a look at the CMS i have mentioned above as i have purchased a copy of that. If you can simplify that system it would be great!
