Need To Create A C++/cli Managed Class Library
the new class library project would have a single class with a single method referencing (pointing to) the main native C++ class and would inherently call the native C++ class's single method that simply returns a string and accepts one. The C++/CLI class will be the interface to the .Net application and will simply serve as a wrapper on top of a single native C++ class that calls other native C++ classes which will be extracted out from the MFC GUI app (as mentioned in the 1st bullet)
