Need Joomla Site Built

creation/design services (funny I know).

Maybe best to use an open source cms such as drupal or wp, I'd not want to use a joomla or whatever else there is out there, either drupal or wp or custom.

Obviously, it would need a nice design. I guess the design is really the vast majority of the job, if using an existing cms.

I don't have an idea as to what the design should be, and I guess I'd need a logo to go with it.

i did this simple joomla site on my test server on web, i tried to ftp it over to new hosting but am having trouble setting it up, it has got to be something simple, or corrupt file or something i dont know.

So i need someone to look at files and just get it to work, files already there.
