Simple Rotating Banner W Links

Hello,

I have a php based site that needs a new rotating banner system. I need the system to be installed on a test server, then onto the live server with documentation on how to change banners.

Banners are 418px ? 229px and need to have arrow for quick navigation

Must be able to communicate via skype, or yahoo messanger.

Work starts immediately I need it done asap.

I need a simple flash banner, with 6 images to be faded in/out. Sample flash is included with this request.

The one Logo is quite cute, with 3 Puzzle pieces. You would have to send us through 3 suggestions. This can be sent through in pdf (just a sketch) on how the flash Banner will look like.
The client must be able to make revisions. Then the client will choose from the pdf suggestion and you can compile the banner.
The Logos are Career Junction and Premier Assist. Both can be found on their websites. they are South African companies.

I am looking for someone to use their graphic skills to design a text logo 225 X 65 and 4 or 5 simple images that i can use as a rotating banner (450 X 65)
