Rss To Email Web App

I need a simple rss to email web app (script) that I can upload to my site and will allow me to:
add feed 1 to email 1
add feed 2 to email 2
add feed 3 to email 3
Adding subscriptions individually is ok, but if you could add them in bulk that would be awesome!
This script would need to work with an unlimited amount of feeds and emails with real time updates, no "unsuscribe button" (only used to post to blogs and web properties), and is password protected to prevent unauthorized access.
The first page would have an input box for a title, feed, and one for an email address... and of course a submit button. (option to add more would be even better but not required)
It also needs to have an area called "subscriptions" where you can delete these subscriptions.
I'm curious to know your thoughts on this and any suggestions you might have...and of course how much would you charge. Please see attached image for an example.

Web to Print web application - PHP/JS

The app must be written in PHP/JS not flash. This a project with ongoing development in the future, and this is simply version 1.0. PLease keep in mind when bidding. The code must be duly annotated so I can undertand it later.
Please keep in mind a 10% overage in work as new features may be implied but not explicitly written here.

Fmylife.com clone with converting desktop app to a web app
eed all similar features. We have a different theme that we would like to discuss.. so we also need the developer to come up with a design, something very clean and simple will suffice. We also need to implement converting a third party plugin desktop app into a web app so that it may be used on the site. The desktop app is written in Java. Timeline for this project should be 2-4 weeks.

he keyword was hot dogs, I would like to be able to specify 3 or 4 different RSS feeds for Hot Dogs and each day the script will randomly get 1 Item from one of those 4 feeds. The script should be setup to only grab one item from the RSS feed, the most recent if possible. I have MySQL on that host but I do not control the box the hosting company does, so I can't just install things at will, so the simpler the better. If you don't have to use a database then great. Basic is good for me.

Convert Access To Web App
I need to convert an existing MS Access database front end into a web app. All data has been put in a MySql database. I am open to proposals as to how to achieve this but I am leaning towards VS/VB. There are 62 forms and 12 reports required.
