A 3d Animator To Create Avatar

Hi pals!
We are developing a 2D isometric world in Flash and we are needing to create 2D graphics for two avatar ("dolls", if you prefer), one male and another female.
We need have two "dolls", one male and another female. We wanna a game with "sex appeal", so we need detail so much as possible things help to become avatars attractive.
We decided to look for a good 3D animator because we need that avatar in 8 directions, with a big variety (15 ~ 20) of animations.
This 3D animator must send us (as result of your work) 3D models used to create avatar and one Flash file (*.fla) with all frames of all animations.
In this first version, we need one cloth set to each "doll", so players won't need walk nude anymore. :)
In additional to, we want bigger avatars (60 pixels of height). Currently, they are smaller (48 pixels of height).
In order to show how we render avatars in screen, here we have a url with FLA files of current SWF files we are using in world:

And another detail: each "bodypart" should be in a separated file (in a different *.fla). We has as each bodypart:

* Legs (panties).
About visual style, we'd like something like:

And our audience has 15 - 20 years old, so we need something cute but nice to "mature people".

We look for a good budget but, mainly, a good deadline!

3D ANIMATION ACTION MOMENTS FOR UDK

While I'm sure we'd both love to hit an animation home run off the first pitch, I'd plan for a little iteration time. Brutal, impacting animation is key to this project and it may take us a little time (but hopefully not too much time) to find the violent voice of the characters.
