I need the CMS for a website. NO WORDPRESS, NO JOOMLA PLEASE.

- transfer current website design to content management system, so that I can manage the website by myself.
The layout is already created, the website is already created in HTML, except the index page have a flash animation that also needs to be customized by the CMS.
So from you I may just need:
adjust CSS template
Install CMS
Follow the pages design layout for the correct CMS
You do not need to load the content onto pages, I'll do it.
The CMS must be able to change almost all the pictures that appears on the website, I'll tell you later which ones don't need to be changed.

I'll supply the temporary hosting space that you'll be uploading the website.
The CMS must have to be really simple to manage, very, very, very simple, imagine that it is a CMS for a person that is dealing with a website and internet for the first time, imagine that is a CMS for an 80 years old, that is why must be very easy and simple to customize it and understand.

13- At the end of the project you also must give me at least 2 months of technical assistance.

HTML Slicing and Flash Development
We have graphical pages of our website that are almost finished being designed. We need the images sliced, optimized and converted into HTML. We also need a flash version of the site. We need the HTML version more urgently than the flash version. As a result, feel free to PM me a price for HTML and another for Flash. We need a basic storefront for selling books, written in HTML or Flash. The site will be running on ASP with an SQL database available. Although flash is not a requirement we would like it to be dynamic so flash is probably the best choice. Our product is a single book so we mostly just need a 'quantity.'
We need a credit card processing system, and a payment gateway to process orders. And ultimately the order will be emailed to another system.
