1) We are going to launch a Video section in our website where we need a Youtube like classy Flash Video Player. The player may be created using eiher open-source Flowplayer or JWPlayer or your own custom player. We need all the features of Youtube player like Sound on/off, Flash dimension control, Full Screen Mode etc.
2) We need the video to show video overlay advertisement within the payer just like how Youtube does. We are using http://www.openx.org/ to build and show our custom advertisement or Google Adsense Advertisement.
3) We are using only .flv or .mp4 format for video files.

I'm using a flash player, which could be added as a fallback from html5. Also you'll be able to use the flash player's design.

ct is the performance of the player. Like YouTube, it should be able to start playing as soon as the beginning of the file is loaded. The difference is that it may have to play larger files, like movie trailers in higher resolutions, e.g. 800x450.
Good understanding of PHP and/or server-side scripting in general is important, as the Flash will have to load session specific data.
