Tv On Pc Software

I need a custom TV on PC website for my TV on PC Software. I need a good looking Website-Design/">website design and I need it to be clickbank ready. I need the design to be clickbank approved. The software allows people to watch tv on their pc.

Looking for a simple software that always viewing at least 500 TV stations from around the world (mostly US) on a simple "windows media" type window. I'd like to keep this as simple as possible for cost. Examples can be seen through www.yahoo.com using the search term "satellite tv for pc. There are many examples there.

Please include total cost and time frame.

I didn't know which category to put this in so I just picked c/c++.

If you have it already done with source code it's perfect, but will need some changes for re-branding the software under my requirements. . I believe this will need to work with database. This the only part you will need to provide me with detailed instructions on installing this feature through the database by myself. I am not expert on this but I can follow simple instructions. I have done many like that by myself.

P.S. On this job, I'm unsure of what type of programming would be used so I just clicked a few I thought might be optional but what ever type of programming you feel is best is fine. I'm running a Linux system on a VPS Server that supports things like the latest MySQL, PHP, and such.
