Simple Ruby On Rails Template

I need to get into Ruby on Rails programming ASAP, and I do not have the time to learn the basics in setting everything up.
The app I plan on programming will be connecting to a mysql database, and It will need to be multi threaded.
So, here is what I need:
I need the project file for a ruby on rails application setup with multi threading shown and the connection to the mysql database. Just leave comments as to where I put in the mysql information as well as make use of the multi threading. If you have experience with Ruby, this should take no longer than 5 minutes! I just need to know which file I would start coding into, after it is setup for multi threading. Please make it as simple as possible!

Credit Card Gateway Implementation with Ruby on Rails
I have a simple ruby on rails application which needs a credit card payment gateway integrated into it.
I don't mind which gateway, but it needs to be based in New Zealand with low fees (about $ 0.5 per transaction), the likes of eWay, Paystation, ZipZap, Payment Express, Flo2Cash etc.
This job would best suit someone with experience with one of the gateways.

- a ruby "Job" class which contains the method with the multithreading functionality.

Fix Ruby on Rails css issue
lovd by less and everything went well but it only pulls one image and the rest of the css seems broken.
I have checked and tested a few different paths, made sure the global variables and config files look good but it still seems to not pull anything from the images folder. If this can get taken care of asap that would be awesome, keep the bids low as this is prob only a 5 min fix. thanks!

click on the days to indicate the days are available for renting a home. These dates or date ranges will be stored in the database.
Other users will be able to view those calendars and the days that are available for renting will be shown in a different color.
