We want a suite of underlying classes in C# that can be used to build an Internet Phone. You won't be required to build the UI layer.

At a minimum, these classes will need to provide VOIP functionality, allow for access via IP address or domain name that is stored within SQL. You are welcome to use open standards components, as long as the logic is transferred into a .Net library.
