The successful bidder must have strong grammatical skills and approach the task in a thoroughly professionally manner. The budget for the project will be $ 100 per audio hour. This rate will also be dependent on your completion of the transcript in good time to a high standard.

We need a software which transcribes German text (mainly addresses of customers) according to the Bulgarian transcription rules into cyrillic.

Software run in batch mode. Input: text file in German, Output: text file in Bulgarian, cyrillic. Transcription table must be customizable.

Quality is , well, phone quality, so not the best!

I don't care where you are from as long as the transcription is accurate, this is the most important aspect of this project.

Before you are hired, you will be required to provide a sample 6 minute transcription. This will be timed, and must be turned back within a half an hour!
