tures from Tokyo, there are 4 radio buttons, Paris, Tokyo, Sicily, Toronto.
if the users selects the correct city, it will go to a congratulations page, try another city?
if the users chooses wrong, it will tell them Tokyo, try another city?

the limited version of the game will rotate through the same 4 cities.
the user signed in version of the game will randomly go through all the cities (as long as there is at least 4 users from that city)
