Required skills: Programming, Flash, PHP, Wordpress, MySQL
The appropriate candidate for this project will be a master in flash and action scripting with php integration. I have designed the interface (in adobe photoshop cs4 format) for our websites new flash player we are looking to have implemented.
The flash video player requirements are as follows:
* embeddable code with copy to clipboard functionality & direct link to video
* full screen button
* Options/tools button which would pause the video (if playing) bring up an overlay which includes direct link to video, sharing options such as email, post to (facebook, twitter, digg, del.icio.us, myspace, stumbleupon), Favorite the video (if registered and if not registered display you must be registered to favorite this video and provide link to registration page)
* Rate the video give a + or a - depending on whether or not you liked the video, this would give the video an incremental score against other videos on the site.
* Volume Control
* Video Title Overlay
* The video player should also integrate as a plugin manageable from within wordpress (the primary site with which we will use the player will be our blog running wordpress.)
* Overlay of our logo when the mouse appears over the video, which would disappear after "X" seconds which would be a variable controllable from within the wordpress configuration options of the plugin that would control/manage videos inserted in our database.
* Display of other related/popular videos when playing of the video stops
* Display/insertion of advertisement overlays managed through wordpress plugin configuration.

I have 2 separate files, one is a video in flash (no audio) and the other is audio in flash.
Successful candidate will have to do it with the files I provide and send it back to me (milestone one) explaining how he did it. And if I like to output, the person will have to teach me how to do it.
Files must stay in flash format and must not be reencoded, meaning quality will be preserved.
