Help Redesign Site In Volusion

Hi I have a ecommerce site set up & hosted at Volusion. I acquired this site from another company. The site design and layout is poor and I would like an artistically inclined to change the layout, colors, of the template. I also have some text to add to the 1st page of the site. I also have a simple "Contact Us" form to be added. Currently there is ecommerce shopping cart on the site which I want removed completely. Please provide a quote and a timeline. I need this done ASAP for a tradeshow I am attending. Thanks. Also email me if you need more info.
