The basic idea the logo skim in across a water like background,spin around once maybe and then stop with perhaps some ripples out. This small flash will be on the home page.
Need a flash developer that's experienced, has positive reviews and good communication and not EXPENSIVE! This is not a huge flash design so i dont want to see inflated bids especially from freelancers with poor or no reviews.
